i am an offensive lineman/ will LB in high school. I was just wondering what is the best kind of lift to do for football Like is it better to do a lot of sets and less weight, or les wieght and more sets. right now i'm benching 135 lb 5 sets 5 reps (5x5) and squating 205 lb 5x5. am i doing the right thing or should i do more reps. give me exact number of reps, sets, and if possible wieght.
