What's that small metal toy shaped like a tiny bomb that you add red caps to make a bang sound when dropped?

The red caps are like those used in the fake plastic toy guns that when shot just make a noise. I believe this toy is commonly bought in ice cream trucks that sell toys like this, but I can't find one.

You can find those in any novelty store or gift shop, heck, I found mine in a museum gift shop. It's called a cap bomb. They do make quite a large sound.
