Rock Revolution is a music video game published by Konami and available in Nintendo DS, Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii. This game will provide a quality drum peripheral and music for the players.

The gameplay revolves around the players with a wide-ranging set list having more than 40 tracks, where they are boasted with on-screen instructions paralleling the corresponding action on their instrument. The game is played using guitar and drum set peripherals for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. In this drum set, there are 7 inputs on it, 6 pads and a kick pedal. It seems that gameplay conventions are similar to those seen in other rhythm titles as this game also features various modes of play.

The career mode records albums and allows players to play live shows, thereby following the career of the player's band. There is an overdrive mode, which increases the score multiplier of the players when engaged. For the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions, this music game also features Jam Mode that allows players to compose their own songs with the guitar and drum peripherals. During Guitar Hero World tour, the game sports a mode in which players can compose their own tracks that allows players to test with their musical instrument.

Additionally, Rock Revolution provides a variety of innovative single-player and multi-player modes. Unfortunately, Wii and DS versions do not have online multiplayer, but do support local competitions and cooperative gameplay. The Wii edition also sports Jam Mode. In short, Rock Revolution aims to deliver the most innovative and realistic music experience.

Best Settings for Amp and Overdrive/Distortion Pedal for blink-182?

I'm performing all the small things and want to know the best settings. i have a fender stratocaster (the one that's like 400 bucks) and a crappy fender frontman amp that came with my brothers squier pack. but i use a pedal cuz it sounds better. it's a boss overdrive/distortion pedal. what would be the best settings for my guitar, amp, and pedal?

Well, assuming that it's a Standard Strat - make sure your guitar is on the humbucker pick-up (the one at the very bottom). There is a specific pick-up you can buy called the Seamore Duncan Invader which is the one that Tom Delonge used in Blink 182, and that would give you that sound perfectly. That was the only pick-up he had on his signature strat. I'm not familiar with a Fender Frontman Amp, but you'd want to turn the gain all the way up, the lows to about 8, mids to about 7, and highs to about 8 or 9. An overdrive pedal won't really get you the Blink 182 sound, so you're better off without that. Just try tweaking the amp like I said and use your humbucker pick-up. Also, never use your amp's distortion and your pedal's distortion at the same time, it will sound awful. Make sure your amp is on clean if you do decide to use the pedal.
