Guitar & Electronics Service Center (AZ) Official Installer of Guitar Max.  PMT has reached an agreement with the word renown electronics wizards at the Guitar & Electronics Service Center in Phoenix, AZ (GuitarElectronics.com) to be the exclusive distributor/installer of the Guitar Max system. Now for the first time, consumers can purchase the Guitar Max system (sold installed only) and have it installed in the guitar of their choice or order a new guitar with the system installed. New Guitar Max System for 2008 NAMM.  PMT will be unveiling the NEW Guitar Max system at the 2008 Winter NAMM show. PMT now has a "Stealth" version of the Guitar Max system with no external display of components on the guitar. This alows players to access all of the Guitar Max features without altering the appearance of their instrument. Other improvements for 2008 include: simplified programming software, smaller circuit design, and the ability to use the programmable auxiliary switches for additional audio signal routing. In addition to all of the new improvements, the price is significantly lower than last year! ($399 Retail)

Guitar Max Granted US Patents.  After almost 4 years of "patent pending" status, the Guitar Max system has been a granted a US patent (7,726,657).  The process was long and costly since March of 2004 when we applied, but well worth it ! PMT LoBat^TM Available from AllParts  AllParts has added the LoBat^TM to their new 2007 catalog released at the NAMM Show in January. Now musicians AND dealers can get the 9 volt LoBat^TM low battery circuit quickly and easy. PMT Follows up with 18V LoBat^TM  Its the next logical step. The 18V LoBat^TM was released at NAMM Jan-07. Same design as the 9V LoBat^TM but ever so  slightly larger for the additional 18V circuitry. Time to light up bass players!
