Experienced Electric Guitar Players Help?

I have been playing guitar for 8 years. I have a Les Paul Custom and a Fender Telecaster. I want to put some EMG 81/85s (the Zakk Wylde pickups) into my Les Paul and some Fender Vintage Noiseless into my Tele. I know that these are really good pickups but is there anything better? Thanks for the help

I use Seymour Duncans (SH-4b, SH-2n) which is pretty much a standard issue set for a wide range of styles. Their web site is great a has tone sample etc. If you really want to spend some money, check out the Lindy Fralin's. Considered by many to be some of the best. There are way too many variables to list that affect how pickups are going to sound.
